thenetworkery.com is run by The Networkery. We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days.

Questions, feedback and privacy requests

Email help@thenetworkery.com about a tool, a bug, your account, or to use your data protection rights (see the privacy policy). For a result or a webhook URL, include its link.

If our server sent your network unwanted traffic, or a webhook URL, status page or shared result is being misused, email abuse@thenetworkery.com. Include the time (with time zone), the addresses or links involved and, if you have them, log lines. Our tools only check one thing at a time and are rate limited; see the terms of use for what isn't allowed.

State of the internet scan

Once a month we check the public DNS records and websites of every domain in the published list of .gov.uk domain names for our State of the internet report: a few DNS lookups, at most two TLS handshakes and a few HTTP requests per domain, spread over several days. Our requests use a User-Agent containing "thenetworkery.com-report" and a link to this section. To have a domain (and everything below it) left out of future scans and of the domain lookup, email abuse@thenetworkery.com from an address at that domain, or tell us how else we can confirm you run it. We usually act on it within a few working days.

Report a security issue

Please email help@thenetworkery.com with "Security" in the subject and enough detail for us to reproduce it. Test only against your own account and data, don't access other people's data, and don't run denial-of-service or automated scanning against the site. Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before telling anyone else. We won't take action against good-faith research that follows these rules. Our security.txt has the same details.
